What are the services you provide?

We mainly facilitate clients who need help for IT projects such as website development, website redesigning, website designing, graphic designing, corporate identity designs, coding, programming etc. We also specialize in search engine optimization, link building, content writing, article, press release writing and submission, bulk email marketing, etc.

Where is your office located?

We have a marketing office in South Carolina, USA and full fledged development centre in New Delhi India.

How much time it will take to hire a team and initiate my work?

Hiring team from Active Web Technologies is very easy and you can start your work anytime as per your comfort. Since we already have vast pool of professionals, we will select suitable candidates and suggest their candidature with their previous works. These candidates possess working knowledge on projects similar to your requirements, hence you can make a prompt decision to hire the suggested team by analyzing their work and initiate your work in your convenient time.

How do I communicate with my hired team?

We primarily use Skype, email, project management tool and telephone as a common mode of communication, besides instant messaging, online chat, audio-video chat, email, teleconferencing are some other options which we use often as situation demands.

What if I found hired professionals not as expected?

We assure you nothing as such will happen as we hire professionals from a well filtered channel and further evaluate their competence through strict rounds of interview before inducting. So no question of inefficiency will surface. Even if such situation arises, we can substitute the candidate with another efficient professional.

How many hours will the hired professionals will work for me?

Each employee will work for 8 hours a day for 5 days in a week.

Do you do hourly work? What is the minimum cost per hour?

Yes, we do offer hourly work and minimum cost per hour is $20 which may vary depending upon the years of experience hired professional possess.

What is the minimum length of time to hire a professional?

You can hire professionals for minimum of 80 hours.

How can I be ensured that the hired professionals work dedicatedly on my projects only?

Being located thousands of miles away from your team does not mean that you remain inaccessible to the work that they do. Besides the online chat and email option, we have custom remote server technologies that enable you to access employees desktop and find out if he is making good progress or not.

Would you allow me to visit the establishment to meet hired team in person?

Yes there is no such restriction visiting our establishment instead we appreciate such idea as we believe such personal meeting will enhance the bonding between employer and employees which certainly have direct impact on smooth work flow and good productivity. You may visit the New Delhi or Baltimore offices at any time you wish.

Will I feel any language barrier?

Not at all. With us you will find pool of English speaking software professionals who can interpret your needs, communicate and converse fluently in English. So you won't face any language problem while proceeding each day with your work. Our US rep will also facilitate if need be.

What is the payment procedure?

Payment can be done through PyaPal or A/C Payee for which we will charge you 4% extra cost on the amount transacted or you can choose wire transfer process to clear your dues.

Do I need to pay any set up charges or is there any commitment issue that I need to agree before hiring
employees from you?

Since our aim is to provide risk-free outsourcing facility, there is no set up charges and no bonds or commitments neither with the company nor with the hired employees. No issue of liability will surfaced in any case and if the work gets over earlier than expected, you have the liberty to stop doing work with the team instantly.

How can I be sure that my personal data and information are safe?

We understand how important is the security of source code and information for the offshore clients and we are well equipped to take good care of it. We have taken some extra measure to maintain highest level of confidentiality of client’s information and in no case the details will be mishandled or dispatched to third party unless being told by client to do so.

What if the employee left the company suddenly? I may get trapped in a great loss?

You need not have to worry about this issue as no employee can leave company without 30 days prior notice, a time well enough to search a new employee and hand over the task, so you face no loss as such in anyway.

When shall I pay, at the beginning of the month or as the month ends?

Since we are not taking up any set up fee, work on your project will be commenced once the said cost of the employee reach us on first day of the month. So the billing cycle will be first of the month.

What if I like to continue working with the team even after the lapse of hired time?

There must be at least fortnight prior information regarding your interest, so that we can check and arrange employees availability to continue working with you and renew your contract as the month ends.

What if I hire employees for a month and my work gets over in the middle of the month, will I be refunded back?

There is no such providence and in no case the cost will be refunded back. If your requirement is minor and you doubt hiring employees for month won’t be profitable for you, you better choose option of hiring candidate on hourly basis.

What if my project gets completed earlier than the scheduled time frame?

Since the programmers are booked to work on your project for that stipulated time frame, they will continue working on add on modules. In such case, you can think of adding additional features to do up your project. Suppose, if you have hired professionals for 2 months, but your work gets over in the middle of the second month, then programmers will work on add on modules for remaining days.
